Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga for expecting mamas. Whether it’s your first time or you are an experienced yogi, this is a time for you to connect with your changing body and your growing baby, in a safe and supportive environment. This is a time for you to share and practice with other expecting moms and create a community that will support you throughout your motherhood journey.

Postnatal yoga is for mamas and pre-crawling babies to join together on the mat. Class encourages movement combined with breath work and baby yoga. Helps balance stress and anxiety with the beautiful newness of a postpartum body and raising a baby. This is a time for you to also share and practice with other new moms and babies and continue building community.

*It not recommended to attend this postnatal yoga class earlier than 6 weeks postpartum (8 weeks if you had a cesarean birth)
