BEAU KEEVE
OWNER/ Instructor
Beau has a passion for fitness and fun. His yoga journey began in high school, as he sought relief from chronic lower back pain. He thrived in the hot room and expanded his practice by teaching yoga to members on his collegiate basketball team! His tenacious pursuits have added being a Jiu Jitsu competitor, HIIT pilates instructor, and coach. Beau has an incredible spirit and believes in the power of mindfulness and breath. His knowledge and expertise create a holistic, yet challenging, centered, and fun class!

KATIE EGAN
OWNER/Instructor
Katie has been practicing yoga starting in the late 1990’s when she sought the hot room to warm up from the chilly SF fog. Her dedication to yoga has grown and expanded. touching all areas of her life. Being a special educator for over 25 years has influenced her yoga teaching as well. She has been trained in Jane Austen Pre/Postnatal Yoga, Little Flower Yoga and Mindfulness for Kids and BIkram Yoga. Katie brings a balance of caring and calmness into the studio. She is passionate about helping others and wants all to enjoy yoga to help live a healthy and happy life.

DAMON KEEVE
OWNER/Instructor
Damon is a 10th degree black belt Judoka and has competed internationally in judo and jujitsu. His experiences of teaching are vast ranging from years of coaching football, training hand-to-hand tactics to law enforcement and teaching high school history classes. These combined opportunities have afforded him an appreciation for being a part of a person’s growth in mind-body awareness. His classes are dynamic, thoughtful, and interspersed with humor.

AMBER CAMERON
Pre/Postnatal Instructor
Amber has been practicing yoga in many forms since her college days. She is trained in Jane Austen Pre/Postnatal Yoga, Little Flower Yoga and Mindfulness for Kids and Fit4Mom. Amber is a mom to 2 young boys and also an elementary school teacher! Her passion for bringing yoga to new families started when she took prenatal classes with her eldest son. She formed strong community bonds with other new moms that still remain today. She has been teaching yoga and mindfulness in the school setting and is excited to bring her years of experience and expertise into the studio! Her classes are fun, nurturing, and inclusive.

JAMIE NAKAMA
Instructor
As a professional dancer, yoga and meditation have been part of Jamie's personal wellness routine for over 20 years. She is passionate about teaching yoga to people of all ages, backgrounds, and levels. Jamie completed a 200-hour teacher training in Hatha Yoga and Dynamic Vinyasa Yoga in Kathmandu, Nepal, with World Yoga Alliance. She has additional teacher training in hot yoga, and yoga anatomy, and is currently studying trauma-informed yoga. Her classes are grounding and centered with balance and fun.

DAVID GILBERT
Instructor
David began training White Crane Silat, in the late 1990’s in Santa Cruz. After the first day of training the system, he felt empowered to train this form for the rest of his life! Certified in White Crane trainer in 2000. Martial Art trained throughout Europe, USA, and Indonesia. He believes in this practice continues to bring feeling of health, vitality, balance, and well-being.

Kelly brings her boundless energy and love for fitness to every class she teaches. As a lifelong athlete who thrives on playing just about every sport, Kelly channels her passion for movement into her role as an instructor. Her journey into teaching began as a personal pursuit to share the joy and strength she’s found in fitness. Beyond the studio, Kelly is an amazing mother and a deeply caring individual, making her a favorite among clients who appreciate her encouragement and positivity. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced athlete, Kelly’s classes promise to inspire and challenge you!

Elizabeth Pasquale
Elizabeth brings her passion for fitness and wellness to every class, creating a fierce and empowering workout environment. With a natural talent for encouraging and challenging her clients, she inspires them to reach their full potential. Outside of fitness, Elizabeth has dedicated over 20 years to working as a special educator in schools. She is also a loving mother who stays active with volunteering, sports, family, and work. Elizabeth’s well-rounded experience and boundless energy make her a dynamic and motivating instructor for clients of all levels!

Kelly Costello
I'm so appreciative to have found such a deep love of Yoga at an early age because of my mom and a lovely ballet background. I went on to get my 200 hour Yoga Alliance teacher training in Guatemala in 2016. An absolutely life changing experience, instilled a love of sharing the flow with other people.

Kristen Addicks
Kristen Addicks brings a lifelong passion for movement and mindfulness to her teaching. With training in dance and yoga, her classes flow gracefully, emphasizing alignment, balanced bodywork, and intelligent sequencing. Kristen’s goal is to help students build strength and flexibility while cultivating calm and stability in the mind.
A seasoned instructor, Kristen teaches hatha, vinyasa, power, and hot yoga at top studios and clubs in Marin County. She has mentored teachers, led workshops, written for Marin Magazine, and regularly offers online workshops on Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras.
Kristen also leads international yoga retreats to stunning destinations such as the Galapagos, Sicily, and Patagonia (Spring 2025). She specializes in working with athletes, tailoring yoga to their specific needs, from professional surfers to championship lacrosse and basketball teams.
